The second one was my Cousin and just like first one he pretty much ghosted me wasn’t showing me what was out there and barely reached out to me, Then we worked with a newcomer he was a nice pleasant experience but he had no knowledge on certain terms and conditions. There was a house we really wanted he didn’t explain to us what an escalation clause was so we lost it and were frustrated then came along Adam Zettle he was recommended to me by Tiffany and to be honest Adam is a go-getter he was always on us every day with strong communication and compassion for his clients. We also dealt with the death of my mother-in-law. He knew our situation we needed a house so we went to a few locations we saw one that we loved and it became our home. He explained everything to us about what the escalation clause was. He had a very good knowledge, a great team, and a network of amazing people to work with. I couldn’t believe we closed so quickly. Now we are in our new home. We are so thankful for Adam and hope to remain friends after this lovely transaction.
